Oozing sensuality and provocative energy, Risqué emerge from the erotic underworld with their debut album, Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down on the revered Some Bizarre label.
Risqué – French vixen Nathalie and her Welsh husband Huw – combine their lavish soundscapes with a series of incredible collaborations from the likes of dance pop diva Billie Ray Martin and New York City’s legendary transsexual sexbomb and muse of David LaChapelle, Amanda Lepore.
The album’s title track, Tie Me Up Tie Me Down showcases Nathalie’s ethereal vocals (in French and English) astride classic electro rhythms while Push The Button with Billie Ray Martin is a rock n’ synth pop anthem in the making.
I Want Your Number is a futuristic combination of pure dancefloor energy and the confused mathematics of love: ‘6% pneumatic 60% politic 20% chemistry, 90% destiny’ coos Nathalie.
“This track wasn’t written for Marilyn, it was written for me!” says Amanda Lepore, of Marilyn, the track she guests on. An ode to the celebrity culture of chasing money, youth and ‘VIP utopia’ with echoes of the Pet Shop Boys, it’s a guaranteed hit.
Elsewhere, Risqué give their unique take on Talking Heads’ Psychokiller and Velvet Underground’s S&M anthem Venus In Furs. With provocative tracks like Plastic

The first duo of electro pop Soft Cell release a remix album entitled ‘Heat : The Remixes’ through Some Bizzare/Universal on August 4th 2008.

History of the Future...
Some Bizzare Records is a British independent record label founded by Stevø. Beginning as a DJ in London, He launched the label in 1981 with the groundbreaking LP entitled "Some Bizzare Album" which included such acts as: Soft Cell, Blancmange, Depeche Mode, B.Movie, and The The.
Some Bizzare Records has introduced the public to some of the most interesting, cutting edge and innovative music. Early bands included B-Movie, The The and Soft Cell. Followed shortly by the signing of Cabaret Voltaire and Psychic TV, Test Department, Einstürzende Neubauten, Coil, Swans, and Scraping Foetus Off The Wheel. In October 2006, "Redefining the Prologue" was released on Some Bizzare Universal to mark the label's 25th anniversary. This compilation album was designed to blend the History with the Future- intertwining tracks recorded in the 80’s with those of the 21st century.
Now we find ourselves at the dawn of a new era. 2008 heralds the release of a 37 track double album filled with all new artists along with the long awaited re-release of the 1981 "Some Bizzare Album". In the creation of the double album entitled: "The Only Failure is to Cease to Try", Some Bizzare set out to explore the vast, untapped creative potential of MySpace, through this virtual frontier with the intent of unearthing acts that may have otherwise escaped notice.

The first and original duo of electro pop Soft Cell release a remix album entitled ‘Heat : The Remixes’ through Universal/Some Bizzare on September 15th 2008.
The 25 track double album includes brand new interpretations of many classic Soft Cell tracks including the Top 5 singles ‘Bedsitter’, ‘Torch’, ‘Say Hello Wave Goodbye’ and the worldwide hit single ‘Tainted Love’, which reached Number One in seventeen countries in 1981.
The album also includes updated versions of key Soft Cell album tracks, B-sides and rarities. All the remixes featured on the album have been reworked by genuine fans of the band, resulting in the respectful updating of a seminal electronic era.
Both members of Soft Cell - Marc Almond and Dave Ball – have also both contributed new remixes to the album, picking out some of their personal Soft Cell favourites from the band’s illustrious 1981-1984 career.
The album has been A&R’d and compiled by leading production and remix team Manhattan Clique (acclaimed for their work with Moby, Goldfrapp, The Human League, Erasure & The B-52’s), and who also contribute 3 remixes to the album.
Additional remixes on the album come from Richard X, Cicada, The Grid, Trevor Jackson/Playgroup, Paul Dakeyne, Punx Soundcheck, Mark Moore & Kinky Roland, The Memory Band and many more.

Satanicpornocultshop is Japanese band integrating Levi Strauss’ concept of ‘Bricolage’ (Tristes Tropiques,1955) into hip-hop
In 2001, perform at the peak time glory of the Batofar club in Paris, opening their first collaboration with the label Sonore with their participation on the ‘Batofar Cherche Tokyo’ CD compilation. The first Tour de France was organized for Satanicpornocultshop, mesmerizing an incredulous audience with absurd performances. The next year, 2002, brought their fourth and glossily produced album ‘Ugh Yoing’, released on NuNuLaxNulan. In 2003 for the release of their fifth album ‘Anorexia Gas Balloon’ on Sonore. They made their first Japan tour together with Carl Stone. ‘Anorexia Gas Balloon’ getting reviews and airplay in Japan, Europe, US and Canada. The very same year, their killing cover of The Velvet Underground’s ‘Candy Says’ appeared on the UK Wire magazine compilation Wire Tapper 10
A strenuous yearlong work was necessary in order to release their 6th rich and complex album ‘Zap Meemees’on Sonore in 2005. Like a twin, a lighter, pop and instantaneous 7th album ‘Orochi Under the Straight Edge Leaves’ bloomed on the Polish Vivo label the same year. In the end of 2005, they made their first European tour (Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Italy and France), climaxing at Prague’s Alternativa festival in front of a crowd of 800 enthusiastic and frenetic people. In 2006, they received the Digital Music Honorary Mention in Europe’s prestigious PRIX ARS ELECTRONICA competition with "Zap Meemees". And they also received the Research of the electronic music Qwartz Awards in France. And they performed at the prestigious Cite de la Musique in Paris in June. They release
In 2007, Satanicpornocultshop participates in WFMU radio program feature "Raymond Scott". In September, they participates "U Can' t Touch Dis:The New Asian Art "at ZONE:Chelsea Center for the Arts, New York. In October they performs to "The Third Mind" at Palais de Tokyo, Paris and "Experimentaclub07". Disco_r.dance, UK release tytle song from "Custom Drum Destroyer Remixes" in December. In 2008. Release "Takusan No Ohanasan" in Vivo Records, Poland. Also featured on WFMU's "Beware of the Blog" in my "Vote for your favorite WFMU Myspace Friends" series and were voted a favorite band.
